This work uses small green plastic fruit bins as both material and metaphor, reflecting on the ecosystems that sustain life. Hand-embroidered symbols—butterflies for migration, corn for agriculture, and bees for labor—are stitched into each bin, elevating these overlooked objects into vessels of meaning. The piece honors the unseen forces and fragile systems that nourish humanity, reminding us that even the smallest elements carry power, purpose, and life-giving potential.
